Nycopac is one of the largest producers in Scandinavia of plastic pallet lids, with clients like Scania, Volvo and Autoliv. We produce returnable lids and also lids for one time use. Because of cost efficient tool we also produce tailor made lids in all sizes and in nearly all plastic materials.

NycoLid has 2 main applications:

• It can be used as a cover over wooden or plastic frames to protect the content from moisture, dirt, dust chemical substances and impacts.
• It can be used as a cover over stacked crates on a pallet. Except for the properties earlier mentioned the lid keeps the crates in place when strapped.
  
  

The NycoLid also has 3 important properties to consider:

• The lid makes it possible to stack loaded pallets on top of each other in a safe and stable way.
• The lid can be delivered with its surface either embossed or flat. The flat surface gives better friction with wooden pallets.
• Due to the cost efficient tool, we can produce lids to fulfill special client requirements.
• The PET lids can be produced in black or transparent.
