Our girders are made with molded polyurethane, vacuumformed thermoplastics or punched PE foam. The material is chosen based on the weight and load of the product. Nycopac designs girders for the transport of fragile or delicate products where it is important that the products are held fixed in place for them not to break. The punched girders made of foam are cost effective, and if you take into consideration the life span, cleanliness, and the fact that you can wash them, the choice is easy. Our girders can also be used as shipping support during the transport of goods between production units.
